Unopened Items

Unopened items may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be in their original, sealed packaging.

Opened or Damaged Items

Items that have been opened and/or damaged are not eligible for return. Please inspect your purchase carefully before opening.

FIG Phone Warranty

All FIG Phones purchased from TBS Electronics come with a 7-day warranty. If your FIG Phone has a defect or stops working within 7 days of purchase, bring it back and we'll take care of it.

Please note: The warranty does not cover deliberate damage, water damage, or physical abuse of the device. The warranty covers manufacturer defects and normal use issues only.
